Im doing my forum xmas brew at the weekend. After that in my cupboard I will have

MALTS
400g Maris Otter
890g Black Malt
686g Chocolate Malt
400g Crystal Malt
694g Wheat Malt
870g Roasted Barley

HOPS
100g Fuggles
100g E.K Goldings
20g Challenger
76g Bobek
75g Crystal
80g First Gold

YEAST
2 Packets of SO4.

In order to use up some of the grains would there be enough in there to do a small batch of an Imperial Stout & if so would anyone be able to help with a recipe please.
 
You have enough for 12L @ SG 1.098 ish

4kg pale malt
694g wheat malt
400g crystal malt
180g black malt
100g chocolate malt

Mash that little lot at 66c for an hour and a half, sparge down to SG1.010, you will have a lot of wort ;)
Boil it with 60g of Fuggles until the volume is sufficiently reduced.
Chill, aerate very well and pitch both packs of SO4 :thumb:
