Can I suggest that you contact a local brewery and ask if you take the suspect equipment there to give it a deep clean with caustic (Anti-formin) and sanitiser (Peracetic acid or similar), this will utterly obliterate any possible infection. They are usually pretty helpful, esecially if spend some money in their estblishment.

Can you chill it? If so it'll drop out in hours. It looks totally fine to me.
I think you should give all your kit a good bleach soak,a good rinse, an oxi then sanitise it. Then carry on brewing.
Thanks @Clint think that’s going to have to be the way of this beer is no good
