My Pilgrims Hope should be ready for kegging on Wednesday, but I can't get to collect my fridge until Saturday, and won't be modified and ready for the keg (Corny kegs) until Sunday.
My brewing area is a steady 22 degrees.

What do you think my best course of action?
A) Leave in FV until Sunday, then syphon directly to keg.
B) Syphon into second FV and give it a little extra clearing time, then rack into keg on Sunday.
C) Syphon into keg and carbonate at room temp, then move into fridge on Sunday.

Not really sure which is best option here.

Just leave it while you are ready, I do not believe in using secondary FV's as it is only giving risk to contamination and oxidisation when not essential. I do not even use a secondary or bottling bucket as again it is just the same I add my sugar to the keg or bottles or in your case it does not need any sugar as you will probably be carbing it with CO2 in a corny
