Klarstein mashtun pump has stopped working

As the title says the pump has stopped working during mashing. I'm only on my 6th brew.
I'm returning it to Klarstein. I'm not sure whether I should get a refund and go for a Klarstein without the pump or risk the new one?

Hi Tom just a idea has the pump got clogged with grain as it is a usual blockage on all one pot systems. Try back flushing with a hose pipe it may just work

Ps do not put full pressure on the hose try it at low and raise higher if you do not see bubbles in the mash pot.

I've arranged to return it to Klarstein and they are replacing it. I hope...
I was pondering getting one of their boilers with no pump and just resorting to stirring the mash ever 15 minutes or so
