just bottled my geordie lager, its been sat in primary for two weeks. made it to 18 litres with gran sugar. tastes very nice already and was nice and clear, cant wait till its ready wasnt expecting it as get alot of bad reviews.
question is it says after bottling keep in warm for 1 week i think then place somewhere cooler to mature, would it no be ok to just leave where it is to mature at same temp then when i'm ready to drink pop in fridge for couple hours.

I always move the bottles straight to the under-stairs, which has temp of between 16 - 18 C - works fine with me. I tend to leave them for at least a month before opening one.
