afternoon fella's.so ive brewed john bull larger and once bottled i move bottles back in same place as where it was brewed for 4-5 days.now then today i moved bottles into cool place (fridge) on inspection the lager looks crystal clear all cediment has dropped to the bottom and the beer looks very clean and crystal clear zero clouding is this the way it should be ??,this is the first time ive made larger normaly when you brew bitter its still bit cloudy when moved to cool place then after few days its clear,but this larger is clear before i place in fridge is this normal and can i start drinking it today seen as its clear :) cheers lads.
 
Might not be fully carbonated yet but there is only one way to find out :whistle: :whistle:
 
ah sorry about spelling lager :) just had a bottle and it tastes ok,think ill leave it week or 2 in fridge before i sample anymore.
