Mexican Cervesa over carbonated!!

Any ideas what todo about over carbonated Mexican Cervesa?

Can I slowly uncap it and think drink??

If it's not kicking the sediment up, then yeah you should be fine. otherwise, you could uncap, reprime a little, then recap :)

Will the carbonation settle if I leave this long time?

It'll stay proper fizzy but the sediment will pack harder.

Probably turn out nice in the end! :thumb:

it won't get less carbonated - it's trapped in there and will stay so until the armageddon.

like I say, if it's just really fizzy, you can deal with it by using larger glasses! if it's kicking the sediment, reprime and reseal. learn from the experience :)
