Any ideas what todo about over carbonated Mexican Cervesa?

Can I slowly uncap it and think drink??

any suggestions welcome

It'll stay proper fizzy but the sediment will pack harder.

Probably turn out nice in the end! :thumb:
 
it won't get less carbonated - it's trapped in there and will stay so until the armageddon.

like I say, if it's just really fizzy, you can deal with it by using larger glasses! if it's kicking the sediment, reprime and reseal. learn from the experience :)
