Mondego wine kit medium dry ABV

First wine ive ever made and I have to say im impressed trouble is I did this kit before I had an hydrometer so I recorded no starting gravity, does anyone have any idea how strong the wine is ?its made exactly to specification it doesnt taste very strong probably about 8 %

If you have followed the instruction your wine should be about 11 to 13%. BTW, it's not strictly necessary to measure either OG or FG - kits are designed to work, I have had very few disappointments and they were due me being careless in the main.

Thanks Klaus I can't believe how easy it was to make, I've only made beer kits previously mostly with poor results
