More turbo cider

made up some turbo cider last night for the first time

simply 3 ltr of 100% pressed apple juice half teaspoon nutient and a wine yeast into a dj

has started to ferment and intend to get another 1.5 ltr to top up before the end of the week did 2 djs like this as I got 6 ltr of apple juice from Sainsburys for £8

Good luck with the brew then, I have to admit I've been pleasantly suprised with the TC.

Hope to be making some proper cider later in the years as the Mother in law has promised to take me to Eversham to pick my own apples

Hope to persuade the father in law to drive as he has a bigger car
