On my woodfordes nog it says after bottling or barreling, place it in a warm place for two days then move it to a cool place for three weeks,I was thinking maybe the shed, but the forecast is to 0 degrees and minus 1 at night,is this too cold or should it be ok?

ignore the instructions, keep it in the house at room temp for a week to 10 days to give it time to carbonate, have you bottled any in plastic bottles? if so you can test how carbonated they are by squeezing the bottles. ive got a woodforeds nelsons revenge in my cornie, going to give it a good few months to mature as ive got about 3 other kegs full to drink first.

As Abey said give it a week in the warm at fermenting temperature then storing it the shed will be fine :thumb:
