Hi

I am thinking about moving my cider from the FV to a secondary to clear in a cold place, then priming and bottling in a few weeks time. Will this work? Will there still be yeasties about?

Cheers

not confussed any more, you need to have read the first reply that I just deleted for that to make sense but ho hum

yes there will be yeasties to do the secondary and the priming sometimes it may take them a little while

I always place in secondry in a cool place to drop clear then bottle and place back in a warm place for a week, then somewhere cool to condition for as long as I can, the longer the better. Never had a problem.
