Would like to know people's opinions on the below. This is the first recipe I have sat and came up with myself. Using existing recipes and reading different things, I'd just like to know what you think of the below and if you would make any tweaks.

Target OG - 1.056
IBU - 53

Mash
60min @ 67°c

4kg German Pilsner
1kg Golden Promise
1kg flaked Wheat

Boil - 60m
50g Galaxy @ 13AA - 10m
25g El Dorado @ 13.6AA -10m
50g Azzaca @ 13.1AA - 5m

25g Galaxy - 15m Whirlpool
50g Citra - 15m Whirlpool

25g Azzaca Dry Hop 3 days

50g Citra DH 6 days
25g Azzaca DH 6 days
25g Galaxy DH 6 days

Omega Yeast OYL-052

Thoughts? I'll have el Dorado hops left over so could be used at some point.
 
Looks OK to me. I was reading brulosophy.com yesterday about the Double dry hop vs just doing all the hops in one go. May be worth a reato save yourself a potentially unnecessary dry hop step.

How many grams per litre does the dry hopping work out at? Can't be arsed to work it out myself right now

Basically, don't go over 8g/l dry hop (apparently)

Don't bother DDH unless you want some of the characteristics listed on the DDH.

The use of fresh hops with mininal oxygen exposure are by far the most effective when dry hopping (well who knew!)
