Interestingly I recently made another beer and have had the same thing to a lesser extent. I dry hopped this loose for the first time in forever too during active fermentation (which I haven't done in a while)! I think this flavour is a combo of too much calcium and a loose dry hop during fermentation. I didn't cold crash either... I now have a kegerator and it's been conditioning for 12 days but it's showing no signs of leaving.

I went in hard on the water additions too (poor scales might have contributed to inaccurate weighing as well) , so I'm going to be more conservative on anything that adds calcium into the mix too.

Might have to get the jewellery scales out...
