Hi All,

Tinlife here! I’ve been reading posts on here for almost a year now but only just signed up.

I’ve been brewing Kit beers since last october, and enjoying it. Had around 5 dreadful brews before I realised my sanitiser is just that - it doesn’t also clean! Latest brew (coopers draught) turned out ok but with a burnt after taste that I think came from brewing in the high temps a month back - should have checked the weather report!!

Good luck with the brewing, and I find odd tastes usually go in time - that said I like fresh beer and drink mine from day one in the keg usually, which doesn't allow time for conditioning.
