Hi all

I've picked up homebrewing as a hobby of mine since spring, so I'm still fairly new to it. I've done 2 brews so far, both IPAs and both using a bag, and I've been positively surprised at how great they turned out. It's not a Verdant but hey, it's stuff I made on my own which is pretty damn cool to think about!

So I've recently picked up a Grainfather because I wasn't having that much fun trying to control the mash temps in a regular pot (that, and I've always been easily tempted by gadgets and fancy equipment). Now I'm working on a DIPA recipe, and I'm hoping I'll be able to get it nice and hazy! I have a few questions about my DIPA recipe, which I've posted in a different thread here, so if any of you have time I'd appreciate any input!

The next beers I'm planning to brew are
- Berliner Weisse/something kettle soured with fruits
- Stout with vanilla, chocolate and tonka beans

I have no idea how to brew any of those yet, but they're styles I really like so hopefully I'll be able to figure it out when the time comes.

Happy to be part of this forum! Cheers from Denmark!
