Hello there

I am a new member. I started making rhubarb wine a couple of weeks ago following the recipe from the Guardian. It seemed to go well but it didn't taste very nice when I syphoned it from one demijohn to another for the racking. Oh well, I will leave it a couple of days an bottle it, you never know it might end up drinkable.
