Well, I did add 2 packets of US-05 onto the order if I'm honest as well.... Bit cheeky I know, but heh, saves on shipping.... 
Ordered her a nice, made in Italy, pasta machine for Valentine's day to say thank you (she actually asked for one.. lol).
I should mention, she LOVES the beer I brew... lol
