Newbie says hello

Hi all,

FNG here. I joined today. I'll be receiving a home brew starter kit this week. I thought I might as well make the most of lockdown and turn it into something positive.

It's the Woodfordes Starter kit - https://www.brewuk.co.uk/complete-woodfordes-starter-equipment-set.html
The kit seems to have everything I need but I'm wondering whether I should bottle after the keg, although I have a bit of a limit of space. I last did my own brew about 25 years ago so I will be a bit rusty.

Anyway, I hope this will be the first of many and that someday I can invite mates round to taste my brew.

I miss gigs and I the pub.

* Barrel with Pin Valve Cap
* 33Ltr Fermenting bin + airlock
* Paddle
* Syphon
* Steriliser
* Hydrometer
* Thermometer
* Trail Jar
* 1 Gas charge + converter
