I've just made up a St Peters Cream Stout kit + 500g of light spraymalt. The first thing I noticed was the kit yeast is only a 6g sachet. In my experience 6g is not enough yeast to ferment 20 litres of wort @ 1.052 properly. To make sure I didn't get a stuck fermentation I substituted it for a full 11.5g .sachet of S-04.
I thought I had read somewhere that Muntons had upped the yeast to 2 sachets because of complaints about stuck fermentations.
