I've leaned as far over my neighbours fence as is polite ( ) and managed to acquire a measly 370g of damsons. I'd like to do something with them. I've already cheated and stuck 1kg of small bullace fruits in gin and vodka so I'd like to try fermenting these in to something.

It's such a small amount I don't have any great ideas. I could mix with some blackberries and make a gallon of something? I'm a novice so I'm working to 1 to 1.75kg of fruit per gallon?

Any ideas greatly appreciated. :hmm:

ask the neighbour if they will use them :thumb:

or get a fruit picker

It's not a neighbour we, err, have too much to do with. I'll leave it there :nah: .

I did lean a little more and I think I'll throw it all together with some unidentified small Damson/Bullace/Sloe pickings and see what the result tastes like.
