No.2 son has entered this beer and brewed it with me today. Hopefully we will be able to meet up in London for the competition. He hasn’t come up with a name yet,

Water
Ca 75, Mg 8, SO4 85. Cl 65

Fermentables
Pilsner malt 2.75kg
Pale malt 2 kg
Wheat malt 500g
Carapils 150g

Mash
60min 65C
10min 75C

Hops
Magnum 14g 60min
Moteuka 14g 10min
Riwaka 14g 10min

20min Hop stand at 75C
Moteuka 14g
Riwaka 14g
Nelson Sauvin 7g

Day 3 dry hop
Riwaka 28g
Motueka 14g
Nelson Sauvin 14g

Yeast
Saflager S-23

21L in FV at 1.050, bang on target. Fermenting for 2 weeks at 12C then increasing to 18C for a further week. It’ll have 6 weeks to lager before the competition.

Sounds and looks lovely. I love lagers made with NZ hops, they're perfectly suited and there's such a range. I've learned to stear away from "whirlpool" and dry hop additions in favour of flameout additions, though.
Good luck to no 2 son. If he wins, I might rethink. 🍀👍
Even as I write, I've got one on the cooker-my Pacific Pilsner, conceived before a lot of the newer NZ hops were available and based on Pacific Gem and Green Bullet.
