Pineapple = Turbo cider??

Anyone tried this?

Not sure if i would need pectolase but think i may pop in a spoonfull anyway.

3 x Cartons of Pineapple juice
Pectolase
Nutrient
Champagne Yeast

Topped up to 4.5ltr then to 5 once initial surge has calmed?
Not planning on adding any sugar as i think its sweet enough

Ohh I tried a pineapple TC
1L pineapple
3L apple
Topped up with water

and have to say... the pineapple packed one HELL of a punch flavour wise
(and read resently someone saying the same thing but cant remember where)
I think you're mistaken if you think its going to still be sweet after fementation!
