Finished product below. Nice head retention, big boozy taste and caramelly malt base. The hop aroma is very much simcoe orientated, a little amarillo to boot. Big, piney, malty. The IBUs are off the chart with a long, dry and intensely bitter finish. One to ruin your tastebuds. Overall i'm very happy with this one and it will be repeated with very few alterations (split base malt into half Pilsner, half Maris Otter and adding Torrified wheat for more body).
