Don't think SWMBO would like the smell of me brewing for 4 hours in the kitchen and all that steam. You must have a more tolerant wife that most brewers wives Lol

Ive been brewing kits for over 20 years and only just started all grain. My first years of kit brewing were all about getting pissed on the cheap when i was a student. However more recently its been all about making a better pint, which is why i think i finally bit the bullet and went all grain. Its been a steep learning curve but the beer ive made so far has been so much better than the kits. My first all grain was a bit of a disaster but since then the results have been very pleasing athumb..
