Post Fermentation Help

Hi all,

Ive took a little break from brewing due to being a bit frustrated at my AG brew.
I completed 2 ag brews using biab method, 1 hour boils adding additions. Spent around £60 on 3 more brews but all of them have come out with a chemical taste, which even for me is unbearable. I followed the same process for all and never had a problem before and no variations other than the hop additions.

Any ideas? I can post specific recipe etc if needed.

Was one of the brews a saison?

Sanitation or water quality. Make sure everything is sanitised and try bottled water.

No both ipa’s I tried an Elvis Juice clone and a standard DIPA. I have always followed the same sanitation routine and have never had a problem, maybe I need to give my gear a good scrub.

Do you add half a campden tablet to your water to kill any chlorine? And another half to your sparge water if you sparge?
