I'm thinking of an English pale ale to make use of the holdings and target hops I've got at the bottom of the fridge. Just wondering if this will work?

Start - 37litres in boiler

4.5kg pale malt
200g crystal malt
115g torrified wheat
85g amber malt

90 minute mash

30g target - 90 mins
14g goldings - 15 mins
1tsp Irish moss - 15 mins
14g goldings - 1 min

Yeast s04

Dry hop secondary after 7 days 14g goldings.

Aiming for an abv of around 5.5% with around 20litres final batch.

What do you think will this work?

I'm open to other ideas if there's other better options using these hops, I've also got some progress open too. But going for a lighter ale as my last brew was a really nice porter so fancying going lighter before going for another dark brew.
