Hey all,

Last post for now, I promise.

I store brews differently depending on their size - larger ones are kept in a keg whilst smaller ones are bottled.
I'm consistantly finding that brews that are stored in botles always come out much fizzier than those that are stored in kegs, even though I'm adding the same amount of sugar each time. Why is this? The kegd brews have a massive head but are almost completely still underneath whereas the bottled brews are fizzy throughout.

I don't really mind that much - if its got alcohol in it then I'll try it, but it would be nice to know why this happens and any solutions for the future.

Cheers for any explanations / ideas.
Ben.
