After Xmas dinner chat turned to Qrisk.
Any folks like to share their thoughts?

Just an indication, I believe.

It also showed my BMI.
I was 25.61 Kg/m2
Slightly over optimum range. So I had a second helping of Christmas pud.

After Christmas Dinner I had...
5 bottles of Wrexham Lager
2 glasses of mead
3 bottles of stout
2 or 3 pale Ales
Stinky cheese and crackers
Pickled onions and gherkins...
And a parsnip in a pear tree.

I have just had a leftover portion of Christmas pud. But not just because my bmi is 22.9 qrisk 6%

I had a bit of fuckery with the doctors this year, on this subject. I am convinced a prescription pad is the same as an invoice pad.

I'm now three pales in and some really pongy cheese..and some nuts.

Imo you are going the right way. Sugar is the enemy. Not salt or fat.
Food should be caught, dug or picked. "Pearce the plastic" is for weedkiller.
