Quick disconnects (with shut off) for 3/16 tubing

I'm hoping to do a little upgrade of my tubing to add some of these quick disconnects with auto shut off. I'm struggling to find if they are available for 3/16 tubing. I guess the barb needs to be around 4mm diameter and at that thickness might not be too strong.

Has anyone found or tried any of these with any success?

This more readable sale on Amazon seems to imply it will work with 3/16 plastic hose:

But the image shows barb OD 4.7mm -> 6mm

I don't think my 3/16 beer line will cope with a barb that size
