Not quite sure what's going on but my brews seem to be fermenting quicker!
I know why two of them went quickly, used the Kveik Voss yeast ...
The pale ale which I brewed on Friday 24th OG was 1.045
Yesterday evening Mon 27th gravity was 1.008 !
Yeast was Lallemands Nottingham
I only recently completed and started using my beer fridge and maybe the constant temperature works better ? Pitched the yeast at 22 degrees, set the Inkbird at 20 degrees C and the brew set off at a gallop, could hear the airlock with the door closed!
Total of 80 hours between readings.
I've been brewing AG for quite a few years, looked back through the log book and found the odd summer brew which was done in 5 days, but usually 6 or 7.
The difference, the brewfridge ?
