I've bought 2 lots. One was professionally packaged from Amazon, the other came from a HBS on eBay and they just came in white pedal bin bags tied at the top (I'm assuming they buy in bulk then sell them in whatever quantity).

I have seen some that came presented on their own little velvet cushions, but they were an extra 50p per hundred, so I swerved them.

Is it important - just wondering.
Mine come in plastic bags, I expect a bulk load would be in a box.

As a shop assistant for a brew store packaging crown caps I was interested in other packaging techniques from what I use: plastic bags sealed shut by melting a plastic strip along. Although this is a fairly good option I feel as though the proces could be quicker, as the strip heater can only fit or bag at a time and also can sometimes stick to the plastic, meaning the bag is broken when removed so needs to be done again.
