What can I say..it's The Black Sheep Brewery, Masham North Yorkshire.
I do like what Paul Theakston turns out..I've been around the brewery and I do like what they do.
I still prefer Riggwelter but a nice beer..would I buy again?..no stick to Black Sheep & Riggwelter

I tried the Porter the other day, and frankly, it seemed like just a stout to me. I was expecting less bitterness and a more complex flavour as a result, but didn't get it. Perhaps it's my over-sensitiveness to bittering.

Thanks Sam.

I'm looking forward to it....but as we went out for Sunday lunch and I had a "Doom Bar" and "New Dawn" I didn't get around to it last night.. :thumb:
