Good looking recipe screwy :thumb:
If it's not a freaking Irish red :wha:
What kind of freaking red would you describe it as :hmm:
Welcome to the forum btw

I've a big red dog with a huge chunk of dingo DNA in his body, so I have shamelessly plagerised Screwy's recipe and rebadged it " Red Dingo Ale".

The trouble with calling something an "Irish Red" is the recipe nazis step in and say "You can't have amarillo & stryrian golding etc etc in an irish red".

So this is Screwy's point - just call this a red ale and get on with life. He's right, this is a much copied ale recipe and one that I personally enjoyed.
