hi all my 23ltrs of ruby red ale will be ready soon.
I have just got some wilkos beer finings, and 500grams of wilkos medium spray malt.
should I use these or just go with beer sugar.
how much do I use, thanks sam.

Personally, I'd just use the brewing sugar to prime with and forego the finings (which I don't use) and the spraymalt (which I'd keep to make another brew with).

I've done loads of St Peters RRA, IT's my favourite kit. Never used finings, only ever used normal white granulated sugar for priming. Always a great pint!
