I started the Imperial Stout Sunday night.
It must be the simplest kit I've ever made. I got a starting gravity of 1.042.
I'm Hoping for 1.010 in about 14 days. Last night it went crazy and was overflowing the airlock. I think its the most active brew I've ever had.
I thought that was strange as I didn't add any extra ingredients.
I don't mind the activity, but I don't want to waste any precious Wort.
I just got home from work and it's settled down a bit now.
Anyhow now I'm home, time for a St Peters Golden Ale. :drink:
