Hello everybody, I've finally finished my first batch of homemade cider - from scratch - very proud of myself :) The fermentation process is coming to an end soon and I must store it somewhere cool for it to clear before I can bottle it. Here's my question... what temperature is cool? I've just spend the past two weeks obsessing about temperature control and I don't want to put it anywhere too cold. Any help? Nigel
