tasted my first ever homebrew yesterday :)

4 weeks post bottling i decided to crack a bottle open and give it a taster. i did a coopers mexican cerveza kit, with a late hop and dry hop addition of calypso hops.

It tastes absolutely fantastic and carbonated well! really easy drinking and full of flavour! It feel so rewarding to finally taste my own homebrew, gonna get a few in the fridge tonight for some more beers later :p

thanks all for the help and guidance, onto my next brew now which will be a Canadian blonde!

I've done quite a few Canadian Blondes before(unfortunately Beer) and they are quite good but do need a hop addition

@tropicalpalmtree, I'm a great Coopers fan but tried a BYO lager from the Range store, it comes with hops to add and this was probably the best kit I've made, maybe a suggestion for after the Blonde.

only 25g in total, 10g for the late hop then the other 15g as a dry hop!

im not much of a beer connoseuir so whether it needs more or less im not sure, its really good though!
