Weiss and Silkstone special bitter

Brewed this on Friday recipeview.php?recipe_id=744 but converted to wheat DME and used tettnang for the bittering,and brewed this recipeview.php?recipe_id=1285 on Sunday morning,beats going to church,LOL.Both smell gorgeous in primary.

Blimey,the bitter's just gone mad,I've had to cobble together an emergency blowoff,from syphon tubing and an airlock,and a bottle of water with Campden tabs in :idea:
