what yeast to use for a TC ( TURBO CIDER )

Heya guys, im new to the forum but have done a few kits and tried my hand at making turbo cider before but was wondering what yeasts you could recommend and why.

i have already used 'Lalvin EC-1118 Champagne Yeast' and had good results

I use a cider yeast with sweetener (E950) I get from a place on ebay

Motors through fermentation and takes the edge off the dryness 😃

I've used a few ciders yeasts including Young, Mangrove Jacks and Gervin and am quite happy with the eBay one 😄

Just made my first gallon of this for yonks, I used the standard youngs yeast compound..worked well in the past.

I always use Youngs Cider yeast -
I find it really quick, and the sediment packs down really well...

I get this same packet from my lhbs @£1.25 a pack, might be worth trying yours if you have one.
