I bought the Pinot grigio kit and think the wine is superb really dry white wine the equipment itself is geared around a 2 and half or 15 bottle capacity which is quite limiting as most are 6 or 30 bottle kits. Having said that the fermenter is very handy to brew up 2x 6 bottle kits and I have also started a fruit juice wine so at ã79 I had 30 bottles of what I consider a very good pinot grigio and some good reusable equipment.
