have been making many juice wines from the WOW method that I thought it was time i actually made the proper WOW..

started it 14th oct.. its still bubbling like mad (good job as it only been 2 days!), still got the foam on the top and has just finished doing the 'lava lamp' effect.. BUT.. it has got LOADS of what looks like pulpy sediment at the bottom.. why has this happened and is it normal?? I didnt get it with any others apart from my blueberry/blackberry one
Thanks

This is normal, suppose it's a mix of yeast (dead or alive?) and some solids that come with the juice (generally not visible).
Just started two gallon and it's oing fine. I am ure yours will turn out fine!

Orange juice is quite thick in consistency so the pulp and sediment quantity is quite normal.

This is why I keep banging on about leaving it for a week or two after all signs of fermentation have finished, the sediment compacts and your volume losses are reduced considerably.
