So I'm introducing Safbrew F2 too my beer due to FG problems. I've been thinking of adding yeast Nutrients at the same time as pitching the Safbrew F2 can this be done? Looked online and people only add nutrients 15 mins before the end of the boil or after. I haven't seen anything about adding during fermentation or when you experience a stuck fermentation etc

Nutrients like servomyces are designed to help the yeast cope with a full FV of wort at the start of fermentation, aiding health and viability and supposedly increasing flocculation and reducing fermentation time. So I doubt adding a nutrient alongside F2 is necessary if the majority of the fermentation is already complete. Doubt it would hurt but I wouldn’t bother as F2 is designed to work in the cask or bottle where alcohol will already be present.
