Yeast starter looking like cottage cheese

Made a 1L starter on a stir plate Wednesday with wlp001. Put it in the fridge this morning at 5am. Took it out to get to room temperature 11 hours later, decanted most of the wort and noticed that it was like cottage cheese at the bottom. Ive put it on the stir plate to stir it up. Does any one think it could of just been because it had just been in the fridge. Temp in the fridge is 9c. Just need some reassurance its going to be ok.
 
Its hard to tell now because i put it on the stir plate.
