Beginner Grainfarther PPG

Hi hope some one can clarify just about to attempt to buy a custom grain kit from geterbrewed confused how to add to the grainfarther app recipe, Can not find all the crisp malts in the app so tried to add as custom asking for PPG and EBC .For the EBC say one of 5-7 should i split the difference and put 6 .Not sure how to get the PPG .Can find info on the website but no PPG

Yes just average the EBC. PPG is points per pound per gallon, a silly imperial measurement, but a value of about 38 is typical for most base malts.

Thanks for the information , so i use 38 for base malts any idea what should use for caramel Malts

I just use the closest malt they list, but they do have crisp medium it's listed under crystal 150.
