Hey guys, just getting ready to move a pale ale into secondary fermentation but was wondering if anybody in East London has a 23 litre carboy I could borrow for about a week? I just have the one that I am using as a primary. I am happy to compensate with my finished pale ale which will be dry hopped in the secondary with citra hops.

Cheers,

Austin

I dont have a carboy but how long are you going to secondary it for? If not long ( glass has the advantage over plastic for long term secondary-ing as it's not oxygen permeable,) just buy one of those storage boxes from wilko that will hold 23L and put the beer in their. Im pretty certain their food safe as Ive seen youtube vids of people fermenting using them instead of a standard FV
