Knocked this one out before it got too hot in the sun.

4.0Kg Maris Otter
340g Crystal
230g Torrified Wheat
50g Black Malt
680g Golden Syrup (45 min boil)
30L,90 min mash @ 66C,90 min boil.

33g Liberty 4.9% (90 mins)
60g E.K.G. 3.2% (90 mins)
33g E.K.G. 3.2% (15 mins)
Prot tab (10 mins)
Yeast Brewlabs Thames Valley 3
Water treatment as per GW Bitter table + Cam tab night before
Est.O.G. 1.043. Est Vol 4.2%

Mashed as usual indoors,then moved outside as the weather brightened up.

No problems and finished off the brew in the sun.

Hit my targets of 30L and 1.043. :D

Now I'm off to get my chair and work out how to keep my pints cool while relaxing in the sun. :cheers:
 
Great stuff - it's posts like this which helped me understand the process to go all grain :thumb:

Must admit to being a little scared by your second-to-last picture. That is wort, isn't it!? :rofl:
