I read that higher abv wines keep longer, does this mean that lower abv wines do not keep very well? I'm making an apple and blueberry teabag wine and not sure what to aim for - I'd planned for it to be quick drinking, so I have enough sugar in there for 11%, but since it's mostly apple juice I expect it to take a while to age to niceness. Will an 11% wine keep well for a year? (assuming I don't drink it sooner, which is more likely  ) Most of my wines have been around 15% up til now so I haven't been concerned about storage of them.

I've had some lemon wine at about 10% for years and it's still fine. Same for cider, which is about 5%. As long as it's sealed it should keep pretty much indefinitely. You can help the process by keeping it cool and in the dark.
