I've just transferred a beer to the bottling bucket and notice the FV had a canny bit of bubbling activity going on. The beer started at 10.54 and I could only get it down to 1.018 after 3 weeks at 22C (US-05), and 3 days cold crashing.

I know it is underdone in terms of target FG (should have been 1.008) Bit it has been stuck at 1018 for a week now with nothing waking it up.

Q - should I bottle - if so how much less that the 96g table sugar that BF say? or should I leave it in the bottling bucket now its off the bed and the dry hop? hoping to get this done in the next hour so quick help would be great.
