I’m about to use my g30.
Bought all the stuff fir the Timothy Taylor recipe.
I’m trying to find the correct water profile for additions which I can’t do.
So I can either assign it as a pale ale or English ale in brewfather app
With the ale there are very few additions to my ashbeck bottled water profile. But if I use the pale water profile I had a load of sulphates, like 17g
Not sure what to do. Help.

I came up with this. Worked out really well.

Landlord should be 1:2 sulphate:chloride ratio instead of 2:1 which is normal for a pale ale. and that is from a video the head brewer put out a few years back

Mine is 6:1. But I suppose that is half the story. What quantities I wonder. I’ve found 300:50
