this is my second AG brew.
Ag 1 had a terrible smell to it and had a taste to match, found out tonight it was the Irish moss i added, cant stand the smell of the stuff!! life lesson for me.
AG#2 is pale malt with challenger hops for bittering and goldings mix for aroma. 5L batch, S 04 yeast.
nice and simple, dont mind if its bland, more into the feel and nose of the brew, and to regain confidence, smells good so far.

yeast to be pitched soon! yipee. :thumb:

Thanks forum for dragging me closer to the ABYSS GANG! thats what AG stands for   :whistle:isnt it?

I had some go mouldy once. Spotted it before I put it in though and got some protofloc tablets instead

dry or hydrated it smells awful, cant stand the smell of tomatos either.
I had never used it before.
looking and smelling good now.
